DEKOD d.o.o. is an organization executing two main activities, from which its quality policy arises.
The most important activity is ticketing, ie a system for online and local ticket sales, access control and related activities. The quality policy in this segment is based on:
- customer satisfaction – organizers and end ticket buyers
- staff development through training and advancement, creating good working conditions, developing a culture of teamwork, increasing motivation and a sense of belonging
The second activity in terms of scope and financial contribution is the development of software projects. The quality policy in this segment is based on:
- customer satisfaction – institutions with which we have long-term contracts for the development of information systems
- staff development through training and certification, advancement, creating good working conditions, developing a culture of teamwork, increasing motivation and a sense of belonging
We strive to achieve satisfaction of our customers as well as other stakeholders – employees, suppliers and project partners by following ISO 9001: 2015 quality management provisions and compliance with relevant legislation. This quality policy has been implemented with the aim of achieving satisfaction of our clients, while taking care that all our products/services and business processes are based on the principles of a process approach to quality management.
We fully adapt improvements of our products and services to the requirements of our clients’ satisfaction. Each employee and associate is responsible for duties required by his/her specific job and will undergo training as needed. The company ensures that external associates meet these requirements and take responsibility for their work. One of the goals of our company is to provide our customers with quality products according to world standards and requirements, and we are constantly working on improving them.
Customer satisfaction is achieved by monitoring quality indicators of our business and customer requirements. The company places responsibility for each employee for the dedicated performance of assigned tasks, and thus the business goals of our company. The company strives to raise personal standards of work and living of all our employees.
Continuous monitoring of the management system and examination of efficiency enables us timely detection of non-compliances, analysis of which leads to improvement measures.
